Re: Overtake flags

BT suck, I've moved fairly frequently (11 times in 11 years as my wife likes to point out) and they are always the biggest pain from the 'utilities'. This time I switched to Virgin - so far so good touch wood fingers crossed...

Just back from hols on the lovely island of Barra in the Outer Hebrides - what a great place, my dad was born there so perhaps a tad biased. Now I'm back and the very warm weather seems to have passed for the time being I'm going to run all 4 workstations for a while, the smart meter says my current consumption is 997w for the whole house which is actually similar to my set-up of a year ago where I was hitting 1.5m points a week, hoping for about 8m this time. Then I need to seriously consider selling some of them which I seem to be resisting at the moment.

Welcome on board UBT - JohnR & mrandroidgeek

Re: Good morning everyone

Trying to get the topic back to 'Good Morning All' as I was getting bored with 'Overtake Flags'

I'm still struggling on with only 16 cores as my MBP repairer, having changed the batteries, cannot fire it up. I'm still looking forwards to getting to the UK but it is now looking more likely next spring.

Formula 1 is back tomorrow so it's up at 5 am for the first practice. Go Lewis!

Re: Good morning everyone

What a weekend coming up.

First Ice hockey games of the year this Saturday and Sunday
V8 Supercars on Saturday and Sunday
F1 on Sunday
And the Belfast Mela on Sunday, my wife is playing drums with a Samba band as part of the live entertainment.

Come on the Giants!

15 days, and Openreach still won't accept my order. I have 72 hours remaining to download the Internet!

Re: Good morning everyone

Greetings from Hong Kong - another team meeting.

BT angry

This time I switched to Virgin - so far so good touch wood fingers crossed...

One of the 1st mails I got when connecting in the airport here upon arrival - Virgin are putting my media package up by £35 per month - I was on a mates rates deal so perhaps that expired after a period - typical after me posting the above though!

UBT - JohnR I think you just fired up another 32cores?
I could be mistaken but I think the team is at an all time high now for points output biggrin biggrin biggrin

Yes, looking at his graph, it does look that way. I don't recall, in the past couple of years, us getting into the top twenty for daily output. 871 days of computer time per day elapsed is about 200 more than it was when I first started taking an interest.

Re: Good morning everyone

Congratulations mac1, it is my goal too but I've a long way to go yet.

Giants played very well indeed and won 6-1. They were so structured it made the game look effortless.
I'm not a gambling man but I'm going to take a punt on the Giants to win the league.

Re: Good morning everyone

ood morning all. It looks like our cold spell is over and that we will be running into spring at full speed. My garden is slowly healing some of the scars caused by rearrangement of the irrigation and everything is growing like Topsy again.
After the disappointment of SPA I'm hoping for a miracle at MONZA this weekend. Go Lewis.
