I'm less than a day away from the Gold badge for MIP1, but it hasn't updated in the last two updates - work is very scarce for it, it seems! ![]() Yeah, I got my Ruby just before the work dried up Thargor, and I've only managed to accumulate a couple of days of run time since then.

Good morning all.
----------------------------------------Trawling the Forums I cannot find any comment from the techs or the MIPS project as to why the WUs are in such short supply. Any update would be welcome from anybody.

Rod,
The best pointer I can give you is to this post where Juan says The Microbiome Immunity Project is only just starting, there is plenty of work to go around and any shortages are temporary and certainly not intentional - they are merely 'teething problems' as we adjust our runtime estimates and the research team gets used to the pace and adjusts their production processes accordingly. |

Good afternoon team, I had a dry spell for a few days but am now back to full speed without any shortages at present.

I've gone 2 days without a single work-unit, although I did increase my cache a bit, so it's possible it's downloaded a large bunch from other projects during the shortage.
----------------------------------------EDIT: Just checked, that does appear to be the case as I now have 12 pages of "In progress" MIP1 work-units! ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by Thargor at Sep 8, 2017 6:42:14 PM] |

Good morning all.
----------------------------------------I changed my project preferences to 100% MIPS for 12 hours and seemed to get a really good batch of WUs. Have now switched back to SCC and MIPS so that I can complete my 10y Diamond for SCC - after that it is all cannons blazing on MIPS (possibly with a little Zika thrown in for spice)

Good evening everyone, where are you all? Monday blues? Hung over from a weekend binge? Nevermind - you can tell Uncle Rod! I will only laugh with you.
