Morning all,
----------------------------------------OMG Tom looks like you got a million points yesterday!!!! My own C6100 saga - remaining 4 processors turned up early (only 9 days from China) so all the sleds are full now with L5630's, they're not very powerful but that was part of the plan. Total build cost including case, silent(ish) fans, wifi dongles, memory, cpu's and all the deliveries was £308, if anyone wants details please shout. Unfortunately the C6100 still uses a lot of juice- 530w for 64 threads but better than the old c6100 which was 600w for 32, never mind off to Hong Kong tomorrow for a week and whilst out there I might hunt down some XEON V4 engineering samples for the next project. I see we went up a place in the results to #43 ![]()
cheers,

Evening all.
----------------------------------------Hope everyone is well. I see there's been an extra core or several added to the team recently, and the crunch numbers testify to that too. Also good to see the team keeps expanding its membership, every bit of crunch helps. While there are some big hitters here, those with a "little less power" are doing a fantastic job too. Well done RTS48 for reclaiming your Top1000 results place. As for me, passed 20 million team points and on tonight's stats run I should also pass 18yrs RT for the team too. Have a safe trip mac1. |

Good morning all. I finally finished cutting my grass yesterday. Everything is growing fast and my pine trees are putting on miore than 4 cm a week (yes I'm sad - I measure them)
----------------------------------------On the points front OET seems to have suddenly gone mean again with around 17 points / h compared with 25 earlier - as I'm going for my 20 year Diamond (3 years CPU to go) I hope it recovers.

I notice in the stats by dcrobinson that our fellow member Scribe, who passed away some time ago, has recently returned another result!

Well done Tom, Tremendous amount of runtime.
----------------------------------------According to DC's predictor, it will take me another 6.31 years to get to that milestone! ![]() |

Good morning all.
----------------------------------------Congratulations Tom on joining the 100 club. I don't think it will be long before we have a receding view of your back as you power into the upper echelons of Team UK. Keep up the great work.

It's good to know there's at least one machine out there still running wcg on his account. May he rest in relative peace. It is indeed good to see results still being returned for Scribe's account, after all he did contribute a lot here. And congratulations Tom on 100 years RT A fantastic achievement ![]() |
