Since the 11th of April, the grid lost 74106 active on April 11th - 69329 active on June 7th= 4777 volunteers according to boincstats.

In advance of WCG's 10th Birthday I've updated my survey of the First 5000 users who joined back in 2004.

523 have been Active at some point in 2014, 383 of them during the current month.

I started out on SETI around 1999, and in 2003 I decided to do something more beneficial. I ditched SETI & joined...... what though. I can't remember!

Was it Grid, then United Devices, to what we have today?

UD went gold in Apr 2001, WCG started and used UD software from Nov 2004
