hmmm, hope it is just an incomplete log, the validator having determined that the actual results in their quorum 2 check did match appropriately.

As with the earlier note re 7.0.29 on Fedora, any particular reason why still on client 6.2.28? [The log does not tell what platform this is on]. How backward compatible the client v6.2 is with the v7 API used to compile this science I do not know, though from a processing point of view there's no issue given the validation.

Sekerob, Thanks for the reply. It's an old Windows desktop that I only use to run the Grid. I rarely mess with it so I just haven't bothered to update it. Guess it's time to get it updated.

Looks like one of my machine turned up a few invalids (AMD Phenom II). It's generally reliable although there are occasional bouts of instability on any of my systems depending on how long it's been since they were cleaned. As this cleaning was done less than a month ago, there shouldn't be a heat issue.
----------------------------------------Anyway, the logs on your end should offer more information than I can provide. All the other systems appear to have validated just fine. We are about to release another round of beta tests. This time, we are not going to be doing the target of 3 results for a quorum of 2. This beta test will do 2 things:
1. Allow us to compare these batches against the previous version of Autodock 2. Test the fix for the screen saver Since this is a new application version members will probably still see results sent with a quroum of 2. Also, I am sorry for the issues with server aborts after a work unit has started. I am not sure as to why that happened, since we rarely run a quroum of 2 and target results of 3. We will be testing 3 batches for this beta of about 3000+ work units per batch. Thanks, -Uplinger |

When you hit "Show Graphics" the window is too short, cutting off everything ABOVE the centre of the energies graph. And, of course, when I try it again the height is okay but it's too narrow. |
