Re: FightAIDS@Home Beta Test Feb 13, 2013 (Issues Thread)

Please note that we have set the min_quorum for each work unit to 2 and the target results to 3. This will assist us in getting a better feel for how the application is running by tomorrow morning.

Also, if the application is running well for the first hour, I will be adding more work units into the mix.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Re: FightAIDS@Home Beta Test Feb 13, 2013 (Issues Thread)

I got 72 of them and they appear to be running ok. However I noticed the screen savers are flashing on and off. I am running the GPU's hard right now so I suspect that may be my problem. I'll suspend them and see if it goes away.

Re: FightAIDS@Home Beta Test Feb 13, 2013 (Issues Thread)

I've got one running on a Windows 7 core i7 machine. I've noticed the Progress percentage occasionally drops while processing. It dropped from 4.000% to 3.815%, for example. In general the number moves forward, but these hiccups sure look strange. The Elapsed time keeps going up as usual, even when the Progress drops.

Re: FightAIDS@Home Beta Test Feb 13, 2013 (Issues Thread)

Got 3, forced them to start. Tried to suspend/resume on one at about 55 minutes and it seems to have picked up right where it left off. ET and Progress % are advancing normally so far.

(Linux64)

BTW, Leave applications in memory while suspended? = Yes in case that matters.
