Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Just get 36 tasks in the following range:
cfsw_ 14426_ 14426108_ 0-- IBM-PBNRE26 In Progress 06/09/12 16:37:59 16/09/12 16:37:59 0.00 0.0 / 0.0
All of them are not repair tasks (due time in 10 days from today)

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

The 14426 is likely the regenerated set of failing batches that we taken out last week.

Ah, so that's where all those batches went laughing

Thanks olivier3191 for being thoughtful for your fellow badge hunters - it's acts like that (and from all the other people who've graciously returned their unrequired CFSW WU's), that really demonstrates that we're all working together as an unselfish team cool

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

I should achieve sapphire tonight.
I've just released around 420 unstarted C4SW WUs.
Good luck,
Yves

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

I should get my Ruby at some point in the next 2 updates, which is the best I can do in the time left. I've been running my caches down for the last couple of days and now switching to HCMD2 to try for my Emerald before that finishes. Not taking any more CfSW therefore, so good luck to all those trying to hit their targets!

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Hmm, well, let's do a final batch-progress-update, UTC+2:
06.09.2012 23:03:49 | World Community Grid | Finished download of cfsw_14553_14553524_D14553524.sql

This means... -4122 series since yesterday, and with current speed it will be... less than 4 days until is back at zero. tongue

As predicted yesterday, the last series was issued to-day, so how many series is left to do is now a total guess-work, and it's no point to do any more updates. sleep

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Since when armstrdj posted that the distribution order is non-sequential, it *was* an effort in futility. I'm going on daily validations [as base] to guesstimate how much there still is to be send into general flow, but that too armstrdj said he would update on... not hourly or daily of course.

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Finally got my Gold Badge this morning! I do have a set of unstarted CFSW WUs (around 90) I'll let go the next time I can connect to the internet with my laptop (either later tonight or more likely Saturday morning). Good luck to the rest of everyone still crunching on your CFSW badge goals. My next goal is to crunch enough GFAM WUs to get my Gold Badge there - maybe a week or so worths of work to come. biggrin

Re: Computing for Sustainable Water project nearing completion

Current estimates show right around 2 weeks left of new work to be sent out.

Thanks,
armstrdj
