Glad to hear that people are getting their uploads done. We found some new clues today that we are hopeful might lead us to the root issue. Based on that we have implemented some changes that might be helping to throttle the worst of the upload/download issues (if the theory is correct). We will see what happens overnight.

I think there is little use in posting in this thread anymore until techs say they have fixed the problem.
THey have made us aware that there is an intermittent fault that they are trying to track down, so us telling them the there is an internittent fault with uploading and downloading is probably not required!  |

No harm keeping the techs updated on issues. Thought it was fixed too until I looked this morning. Clogged up again. Just have to be patient until the techs locate the issue and fix it. Until then, might be wise to increase cache so you don't run dry during these episodes.

Just have to be patient until the techs locate the issue and fix it. Until then, might be wise to increase cache so you don't run dry during these episodes.

It might just be me and ymmv but it works often enough to keep busy, seems I have better luck with downloads than uploads but I haven't really paid enough attention to know for sure. FWIW I did go about half dry with a 0.1 day cache so went to 0.2 days and have had enough to keep busy. That said, might go all crazy today and bump to 0.5 just in case.   |

My non-Default profiles are all set to 2 days caching of work-units, so they shouldn't run dry unless there's a very serious major issue.
----------------------------------------Still having a few issues with uploading, but have enough work cached to just leave the engineers to it......intermittent issues are never fun to investigate, from experience.  |

FWIW I did go about half dry with a 0.1 day cache so went to 0.2 days and have had enough to keep busy. That said, might go all crazy today and bump to 0.5 just in case. I got burned running at 0.1. Close to getting burned with a 0.25. . . . call out the white shirts with the service cases.  |
