Patience RicktheBrick. All good things need time.
----------------------------------------These people from Minnesota (http://www.quantumheat.org/index.php/follow) are publicly trying to replicate Celani NiWeek experiment (with Celani's help = he offers the treated nickel wires). They built 2 reactors and sent one to Europe before the weekend. In 10 days or so, everything will be in place to test both reactors by European third party and US third party. If it is a success than COLD Fusion is proven beyond doubt and EVERYBODY will go nuts on how to scale this up. Once that is done, then bye bye: oil, wind, solar, bio-fuels, nuclear fission, coal, etc. And this is just a third party replication on Celani. But there are at least 9 more teams in the open (Brillouin-SRI, Defkalion, Rossi, George Miley, Ugo Abundo, Piantelli, Larson, Zawodny, Mitchell Swartz-Hagelstein) and who knows how many teams in the black (some of them revealed in papers as: DARPA, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Russia, India) that are doing their own thing out there. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 2 times, last edit by damir1978 at Oct 21, 2012 10:22:26 PM] |

Dr. Dennis Bushnell, Chief Scientist at NASA Langley Research Center just gave an interview regarding, among other topics, LENR (aka Cold Fusion).
----------------------------------------Some of the lines bellow give the NASA perspective on LENR: Inching slowly to an energy revolution and not only (transmutations). “LENR, which we’re working on here, we’ve got 22 years now of experiments on Low Energy Nuclear Reactions, which indicate out of hundreds of experiments that this is real. And we now have a theory from Widom Larsen that it’s condensed matter nuclear physics, it is collective effects. It is not particle physics. It is not the usual business and you can get around the Coulomb barrier by forming ultra-weak neutrons using heavy electrons which not only enable you to form the neutrons but also converts the gamma radiation, which comes off the beta-decay, which is where the energy is finally produced – convert that into thermal so that you don’t have to have much radiation protection. So LENR is expected to be anywhere from twenty thousand to 3 million times chemical [energy] and that would really revolutionize space. LENR is not “heavily” investigated, we have a two to three hundred K effort. We are also cooperating with people that we can’t divulge under cooperative agreements. There is quite a lot of interest because LENR purportedly also produces trace mutations. So, if LENR [transmutation] works, we can take whatever is on the planet and possibly transmutate it into something we need.” http://www.americanantigravity.com/news/space...on-space-exploration.html |

So, it's July 10th (at least some places)! What's the timetable now for the first product(s)? Well, Oct 22th.... |

So, it's July 10th (at least some places)! What's the timetable now for the first product(s)? Well, Oct 22th.... Sooner than later. If you are in a hurry though, try the next energy solution available: Oil? Solar? Wind? Gas? Nuclear Fission? Geothermal energy? Hamsters wheels? Take you pick. LENR needs to break at least in tens of millions $ R&D projects to speed it up the way it should be to serve this power hungry planet. Right now it is moving snail speed because it is in less than million R&D projects. Hot Fusion got tens if not hundreds of Billion dollars in huge projects... that are all flops: "Fusion failure The National Ignition Facility, a US$3.5-billion laser fusion facility at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California, did not meet a 30 September 2012 congressional deadline for ‘ignition’ ." http://www.nature.com/news/seven-days-28-september-4-october-2012-1.11508 ITER is a joke (expensive one): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITER Think only what 200 millions $ can do. You can split it in 10 millions for the first 10 LENR teams (you can make a selection for these 10 teams from the most promising LENR teams out there, even before giving them any money) all competing for the remaining 100 million dollars. If only 1 of those teams is winning under the terms of this new Xprice, then you give them 100 million more to scale up that winning setup and then you have a product that can be replicated in super speedy mode so you can cover US in less than 5 years. Energy problem solved. You can also do a Manhatan project from the winning design and scale it up from government coffers and then distribute it to the masses almost for free. No companies involved, just teams of promising scientists. If no teams will win the Xprice the bet that you loose is only 200 million $. Can you think on better bets than this? Because I can think on way more worse bets than this that happened only in the last 23 years, since Cold fusion was violently muzzled up from the public. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 10 times, last edit by damir1978 at Oct 23, 2012 2:52:06 PM] |

Sooner than later. Well, since this topic started by saying something would be available this year, it looks like it's later and later. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by BladeD at Oct 24, 2012 4:19:02 AM] |

Sooner than later. Well, since this topic started by saying something would be available this year, it looks like it's later and later. Patience. I wonder how much time it took man to get Fire 1.0 working properly and with complete reproducibility ![]() Fire 2.0 will be here soon, in time to save this planet from complete destruction. ** **Edited / members may not denigrate other members or classes of people**TKH That is ridiculous. I did not denigrate anybody. I just spoke about the ** that is trying to control the release of Cold fusion. Either you consider this conspiracy theory or not is Freedom of Speech of some meaning to moderator? Don't you think you give yourself too much power when you don't let people to express their views, especially about their leaders? **Edited TKH** Damir you may not denigrate any "class" of people. As you know, not everyone in "any" class of people is trying to do anything. Please observe the forum rules. I got it ! So if I say "some" or "many" from the Upper Elite are trying to control the release of Cold Fusion, I will not be moderated. True? ![]() Let's not try to deceive people about what you are really doing here: total censure of my ideas because you have the power to do it but no moral authority to do it. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 8 times, last edit by damir1978 at Oct 25, 2012 1:27:56 PM] |

Unless I missed something, I don't see a product in Home Depot in 2012 or 2013!

Unless I missed something, I don't see a product in Home Depot in 2012 or 2013! "Part" of the product that you are waiting for is in this guy's hands. Check the image of Aldo Proia with HOTCAT cold fusion generator in his hands: http://www.e-catworld.com/2012/10/aldo-proia-...uccess-good-for-business/ |
