Rej, GREAT to hear from you and that things went well! I'm sure you still have some recovering to do yet. The stuff those anesthesiologists pump into you these days can take forever to fully work out of your system. Guess it beats being awake during the surgery though!

Great to hear you are recovering! The new anesthesia drugs and even those in Canada do leave your system quickly it is more the fact someone assaulted you with a very sharp knife! The emotional and physical stress of surgery is immense! I hope and pray for speady recovery! Congrats to Rt, Finman, Daeloan, Pramodpt and Lanscader on new milestones !! |

Good Morning MOT Well Rej, I hope you are still doing well. It is a real relief once you get through one of those things and still have all your parts (including the grey matter) and they still work. Hopefully they got it all and now it is but a matter of healing up. I am in the healing up stage and it will be two weeks tomorrow. Still problematic but better. Prior to having this done, I did not realize that orthopedic stuff takes so long to heal; I fully expected to astound everyone and heal very quickly as I always have but .... not so much. Anyway, it is a matter of just hanging in there now. I went to see the Dr. yesterday and the x-rays looked like textbook x-rays (perfect). Now the only thing that nags at me is the continual use of the pain meds. It is a love/hate thing for sure. Everyone hang in there and have a great day. I will. One of your friends in Texas. |
