Okay, the second half of Texinga's Rawhide tribute gave me the idea.

Horvat the Pruned, I don't recall verbatim what I said, but I ended my tirade
----------------------------------------by asking if you by any means live in Colorado Spings .... And thank you very, very much for the song(s) - I'm trying to look them up on YouTube so I can hum them I also thanked Vipe97 for joining Base Camp's Trek #37 at BRASIL - BRAZIL@GRID - where people are happy - and where it's easy to hammer down your spikes because of the sand of Ipanema And I thanked tanner2, lil' Brother, for consulting the WCG Forum Ms Manners ... ![]() Spring Hey, you spoil this mermaid to pieces .... Oh, and now I recall that I congratulated you on your three year anniversary, Horvat May I suggest you cut it up so that all of us can have a wedge? EDIT: And, Horvat the Pruned he-he, I got pretty pruned myself, which is a major challenge to my short term memory I also introduced myself as your team's groupie/fan/cheerleader [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jun 9, 2012 7:19:41 AM] |

Although it is nice to see a good Team change in the works, I would just hope that a new captain would involve a member that is actively involved with crunching for this team at a 'healthy' level. IMO, a captain should be a high level contributor to warrant a high level position.

But in the end, I'll respect any vote you come up with. You have been asked to remove yourself from Crunching@EVGA. Thank you for the good you have done for humanity. And we wish you luck in your future endeavors. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by Afterburners at Jun 9, 2012 2:13:40 PM] |

Woooooo Whoooo.... Just took 96th and will take 95th today! ![]() We are also doing very well at the Team level with BOINC overall. Many members are finding uses for their GPU's in other projects :) For 152 total members, we are moving up quite smartly. Great job by all who are finding new interests as well as all those continuing to push their output for WCG. Sean Edit: adding Team Page link at Boinc stats. http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/team/detail/58913125/projectList and Boinc stats Team Page for WCG http://boincstats.com/en/stats/15/user/list/16/0/28262 [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Jun 9, 2012 3:22:00 PM] |

I feel the need to share a thought here before things get out of hand again.
This Team is very pleased and happy with having Afterburners as our Captain and we have never been a team that expects a certain percentage of contribution from any Team member or from our Captain. To expect or demand such a thing would be unrealistic and this is a "donor" situation. Nowhere within WCG do they expect any specific contribution level from any team member and I believe that our team as a whole does not have any such requirement or expectation of either team members or Captains. Shdb, if you can't be happy here and cease the negative innuendos about Afterburner or any other team member, it really is time for you to find another team. |
