BOINC manager went out to lunch. (ver 6.12.34)
Last night, all my tasks completed by 9pm, and sat in the 'Ready to Report' state until i turned off the pc at 11. This morning, BOINC started normally, then sat there for another hour with no new downloads, or reports done. I did a "Project - Upload" manually, and 29 completed tasks were reported, and 15 new tasks were downloaded, and started running. eh? |

grumpy,
----------------------------------------Did you look at the event log? If there is nothing unusual there check project properties. There is a separate BOINC website I will look there to see if there are any reports similar to yours.

I hope your boss gives you some vacation time, still.
Denmark is blessed with a general labour market rule of six weeks' paid vacation - I think only Sweden beats that Besides, you have the option of taking the day off the first day your child comes down ill until you have mobilised grandparents, neighbours or other back-ups to give the care the kindergarten cannot manage when the child is ill. We have one year of maternal leave - of which the father is entitled to some .... Out taxes are towering - and now we also have a fat-tax but we have a lot of fringe benefits coming back to us altho some is lost in translation - better make that transferring. Are you working from home, then, rcc? |

My life is being lived in reverse. Having lived in Florida for many years I consider that time retirement.
----------------------------------------I have been working from home for over 10 years. But that just saves the commute, the work does not change. Also have done some consulting in Mexico City, Washington DC, Portland, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, ... There is a business plan coming due, gotta go...

There are two people that showed interest in the team, found them on Twitter.
----------------------------------------But, showing interest and doing two downloads is quite different when were given 4 hours to live or are battling an untreatable blood cancer. Recruiting is much more difficult than envisioned.
