The record high rain this year has been a cooling factor keeping temperatures down.
----------------------------------------It is 4:00 PM and the temperature in NE Georgia is 72F. My Azaleas bloom twice a year and because of the cool weather the Fall blooming is early. If this weather pattern continues they may have to reclassify the Southeast US as a rain forest. May have to move to Seattle to get away from this rain.

Yes sir, the weather is also great up in the hills. I remember back in the middle of June we had some lovely cool weather just like today and I made a statement like "I'd kill for a day like this in July or August."
I guess I got my wish and I didn't have to kill anyone, whew...lucky me. |

nasher,
----------------------------------------I had a one sided discussion on the forums--regarding the use of the number of projects to determine the globe color. Giving each project equal weight is ridiculous. For example, AfricanClimate@Home I returned 1 result with 1 day of run time and was given a Bronze Badge. Here is the data from my Results page: AfricanClimate@Home 339 1 0:001:08:09:54 Hover over the Bronze Badge in my signature--it shows Bronze for 1 day. Needless to say I lost the argument and got a lot of unnecessary flak in the process. Just keep your core count up and your run time will make it happen.

nasher,
----------------------------------------Just noticed that you also have one of the ACAH wonder badges. So I'm preaching to the choir. Finally got my wife's FX-8350 up and running--for the third time. Getting a lot of practice loading Windows and running repair/recovery. Lost everything she had saved on there but we have backups. That will raise my core count back to where it was before the AMD went belly up.
