I still have a long way to go before I have all my emerald badges. Did just get one for GFAM, but 4 more to go yet. After that, I will likely just run everything.

Will continue to run HCC until it is gone, will then run HFCC until it is gone or a new project comes along.

Holly cow, your cell phone has more in it than my PC. More power to you RCC or should we call you "Optimus G" from now on, but at our age, I'm just satisfied if I got a cell phone that can just make phone calls.

There is BOINC software and at least one project that will run on an Android cell phone.
----------------------------------------Plan to give it a try just to say I did it. One feature I just don't get is texting. Why would I want to do interactive chat when I can use voice in real time? Texting is to voice what telegraph is to telephone. The Andy Griffith show had the phone of the future--just pick it up and tell it who you want to talk to.

Yeah and Andy's show was way before No. 1 ESS. But you know my Dad had one of the first wireless voice activated TV remotes. It was, "Son, but on channel 7. Turn it up a little. Adjust the horizontal hold a little. Okay that's good." Yeah, it was even before color TV came out. How far we have come.

Have HCC 7.05 BETAs running on all 5 PCs.
----------------------------------------On the i7 some are NVIDIA and some are CPU. On the other 4 PCs they are CPU BETAs. [Edit to correct BETA types}

I got some Betas too!
I'm off to Mexico on Saturday for vacation (end of the world party a few weeks early ), and then to Florida soon after that, so I will be shutting down my crunching box at home. This will cut my crunching capacity by more than half for the next 2 weeks (I did leave my work computer running). |
