I'm back! It's probably going to take me a few days to get back to steady state on my main cruncher.

DDDT2 is an intermittent project that requires a lot of work from the scientists between batches of work units. If you follow the thread titled "New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...", the techs will normally update this thread with info when some work units are going to come out. The problem is that there are so many people that set DDDT2 as their only project when they see this, there are no WU's for anyone else. Normally, when WU's are available, I will get myself a 1/2 day of work in other projects, then set DDDT2 as my only project with a 3 day queue. You will get many "no work available" messages, but it will occasionally feed you something, and eventually fill up the queue (normally) tongue

The last time they ran DDDT2 I got a lot of errors and stopped requesting work.
Then realized that I was 3.5 days shy of a Bronze badge.
When I requested more WUs I got nothing.
WCG Dashboard shows 686 days remaining which is more than enough time to get a badge.
I will look at the thread you mentioned.

it was / is a small batch of 2000(2x) so 4000 WU's for the dddt2's so a lot of people went grabbie on them

i didn't even try

um Rcc you might want to take the users in top 50 out cause i dont think we will make anyone in that range anytime soon and the top 100 will also only have i think 1 person in our group possible in the near future
