Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7) several Inconclusive Status

To my knowledge they will be released under the current project

All tasks that have been released so far (50,000) were recorded in production under the HFCC label, if that is a good enough indicator ;>)

WAAAHHH!~!!!!! I didn't get any!

Can it be that you have turned on HFCC and other projects besides? I seem to remember that I've read further above that the project is still running at a low priority... Might be an explanation why you don't get any tasks.

Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7) several Inconclusive Status

The 255 is same as in past... cut to the max what Autodock can handle.

Looked back and see that Target 5/6 into the 4th day reached project mean of > 6 hours with a few excursions into 7-8 hours, sometimes short sections that dropped it to 5 hours and to emphasize, project average.

Your P4 runs in same setup... with or without HT?

--//--

Without.It doesn't have HT

Well, let us know if ''faster'' holds. The project runs in limited supply for now, so it took a bit longer to get into the compounds of the same library as target 6, when 6 hours started to become the normal average. These are the mean hours since launch:

12th 2.55571
13th 3.41438
14th 3.61469
15th 3.40636
16th 4.90116
17th 6.03645

I'll update the day 1 chart. Then you can see how the different metrics ran up and down. You'll find it at top of the crunching chart thread, in alternation to the 3 month chart.

P.S. http://bit.ly/WCGART gives an overview of all sciences and their average run times over past 3 months. The red line is HFCC (lost label FTM)

It's holding for now.
One workunit which took only 6.98 cpu hours and have another which is at 23 minutes and 6% done.

I hope this keeps up!!

Keith, after the Bratwurst mit Senf experience, do target 7 / 8 have a particular reference like S1 S2 N1 L3 L4, or simply T7 T8? Something for the project update falconet is asking for. And if English is a problem, many Japanese member will surely be prepared to provide a no-charge translation.

Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7)

Yes it does i.e. once you've selected a project it will remain selected until the project is moved to the completed section.

This is probably not the best place to post this, but since I am not 100% aware of my 'observation', I am doing it here and if you you agree with me, you can then make a more appropriate entry....

Now that this project has moved from Intermittent status, it has, as you said, changed its status in my profile. However, I am almost sure that I had the setting for CEP at 'Unlimited' before and see that it is now at the Default of 1. I wonder if anyone else had made the same observation?

It doesn't affect me personally, but might be of more benefit to others, if, indeed, it is the case.
