Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7) several Inconclusive Status

Have a look in the Result Log to see how many dockings are packed in a task.

Todays project mean indicates 4.5 hours average on 10,236 tasks validated this morning. Target 6 had 6.6 hours average just before the end-phase started. Those had all dockings for a compound spread over 2 tasks.

The 255 is same as in past... cut to the max what Autodock can handle.

Looked back and see that Target 5/6 into the 4th day reached project mean of > 6 hours with a few excursions into 7-8 hours, sometimes short sections that dropped it to 5 hours and to emphasize, project average.

Your P4 runs in same setup... with or without HT?

Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7) several Inconclusive Status

Will HFCC target (target-7) be released as a new project or will results be added to original HFCC project.? All units appears to be running fine.

Re: Test batch for new HFCC target (target-7) several Inconclusive Status

I had a interesting thing happen to task 000392728_000_0 Last night before I turned my pc off in the stderr file Finished Docking number 203 when I turned my pc on today the task restarted from beginning stating Failed to get VersionInfo size: 2
INFO:[07:41:20] Start AutoGrid...

autogrid: autogrid4: Successful Completion.
INFO:[07:42:23] End AutoGrid...
Beginning AutoDock...
INFO: Setting num_generations: 27000
_maxGenSeenSoFar changed: 6750
About to enter main loop...(dockings already completed: 0)
Updating Best Energy for WU: 0.00 Elapsed just continued on. It's now upto Docking number 115 after 6 hours 50 minutes 46.3% done

Would this happen cos a checkpoint properly?

Finished a success ran for 9.41 hours & gave me 229.7 / 306.0 credit

Edit= correct task number & added outcome
