The drop in SN2S is due to the temporary restriction on WU allocation pending resupply, whilst CEP2 has more complex requirements and recent update problems, otherwise the redistribution of the HCC workload is broadly similar.

Within the UK team however there is marked bias towards HPF2 and GFAM.

Re: DSFL

The latest estimate for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis is around 217 days remaining so early December 2013.

I noticed a few days ago that DSFL had dropped to 150 days until completion suddenly which confused me, now its back to above 200 makes my want to get 2 years for it easier to plan biggrin

Following my switch to GFAM - 100% - for the first time ever I have nil, zero, zilch, nada P/Vs! biggrin

I'm not gloating, honest! cool

I've got 3 remaining HCC work units pending validation, 20ish in total even if I'm just doing GFAM. would be weird to find not having any there after having about 30 pages since rejoining to crunching.

Random Factoid

Random Factoid #8

In a post related to CEP2 knreed has given a breakdown of Computers (running CEP2) by BOINC Manager version. Amazingly across 17,377 computers there are 96 different versions of BM in use! The top 5 versions are:
 #	Version
6,677 [BOINC|6.10.58]
4,069 [BOINC|7.0.28]
1,946 [BOINC|7.0.64]
816 [BOINC|7.0.27]
525 [BOINC|6.2.28]

1,450 computers are still running versions earlier than 6.10.58 the WCG "approved" version!

UK #1 Challenge

crooks_uk
Once we are all back to running on CPU only, I would be very interested to see how the daily stats for the top 10 team members look, if you wouldn't mind working your magic.

I would love to know how long (assuming I am gaining ground) it will take me to get into pole position for points and results again.

The spreadsheet works on a 7day average. The protracted tail-off of HCC means that it won't be valid for Points until tomorrow and for Results until Sunday. Towards the end of next week Thargor definitely, and themoonscrescent & Mike D Green possibly, will enter contention for Soong's UK No. 1 spot.

For the rest of us mere mortals I have a long term development project to produce an "at-a-glance" table where any member can see how long it till take to overtake any other member. But it's hellishly complicated and may not come to fruition.

Re: Global 5000 Contenders

The loss of HCC has certainly made a big dent in the teams output. Means that for you Jonnieb, your nemesis IIDS is pulling away again.
