Yesterday's RunTime was our lowest daily total since mid November!

Threats
----------------------------------------TeAm AnandTech are slowly closing the gap - now 20 days (from 25) and Austin Grid Team have emerged as a credible medium threat - 60 days. Elsewhere Iowa State University appear to have substantially increased their capacity. Several other teams appear to have discovered GPU capability (highlighted) and are making substantial progress. I'm here and crunching as always...
----------------------------------------My new PC should be here today, but the delivery driver has experienced difficulties???, the time has been pushed back from 3.30pm approx, to about 6pm (subject to change), so at this moment, I'm not sure if it'll be here today or not, if not, I'm unsure when it will be here??? have to wait and see Forget that, my new pc has arrived on time already it's 2nd GPU is being returned now, will take a good long while for Valid Results to rack up, but I'm now running at 28 cores inc 4x GPU (their only cheap GC's, I'm not going to push them to more than 1 at once), me's a happy lad      [Edit 1 times, last edit by themoonscrescent at Dec 21, 2012 4:43:20 PM] |

With this testing-server in place, and taking into account virtual & physical CPUs and the ability to hyper-thread or not, I currently have 62 cores (including just the 1 GPU).
----------------------------------------My crunching will be slowing down a little bit, for a few days over Christmas, as I'll be powering my gaming PC down while I'm with family - 4 physical cores (so 8 hyper-threaded) plus the GPU that won't be crunching for a few days, I've already set it to not get any new tasks. It'd probably be fine to leave on, but having over-clocked it recently, I'm a little paranoid about leaving it running at full-whack for 4-5 days while I'm not here...  |
