Re: UK

Sipping a hot brew coffee and drying out after another rainy cycle ride to work, fortunately not as wet as yesterday morning.

Morning all!

Yesterday's PBs:
	datahelp Runtime	7:19:49:44	Points Results
isandunk Runtime 0:08:33:22 Points 2,454 Results 3
l3xs Runtime Points 3,277 Results
themoonscrescent Runtime Points 169,371 Results
Stuart F Runtime Points 4,623 Results 5

A very nice Points record for themoonscrescent; Stuart F continues to set baseline Points and Results following inactivity; isandunk have first validated results; and datahelp continues to carve a niche in the UK team top ten. biggrin

Re: UK

Morning Genhos & Jonnieb-uk smile

RE Points: I knew that would happen, I had over 2 pages of Validated HCC that refused to go over to Valid for a good few days (still reading Pending, despite Wingman & I having returned the result.. a Techie mistake, meant the Validators wouldn't Validate certain files?, they fixed it but admitted it would take several days to catch up), but with HCC running down, it meant the Validators finally got round to them biggrin

Re: UK

Crikey, our work's internet has been flakier than a flaky pastry sausage roll baked by a flaky baker wearing a very flaky hat!

Or as Blackadder might say, it's as fast as an asthmatic ant carrying some very heavy shopping.

Internet for me is still up to speed, but... when ever we have seriously strong winds the internet does have an annoying tendency to go down (and tommorow the wind speed is supposed to be higher than today), so just incase, I've upped my cache to 2.5 days per system..

Last time it went down due to strong winds, it was down for over 30 hours, so better to be safe than sorry (now just hoping the power holds out?).

Fantastic British Weather sad

Re: UK

It's certainly windier here today than yesterday which will make the cycle home a bit more "fun".
At least the internet seems happier now; hopefully saying that doesn't jinx it!

Right, it's sandwich and coffee o'clock. coffee

Re: UK

A quick speedtest.net check says I'm getting:

Downstream: 95.34Mbps
Upstream: 21.43Mbps
Latency: 5ms

My internet connection is OK, I'd say, despite the weather! wink
