When I remember, I'm now derestricting three of my new "test" VMs, so they'll jump up from 1.50 GHz per core (quads) up to 2.40 GHz during the day (as they're running on more powerful VMHosts) - will wait and see how much difference that makes.

The UK team has advanced to #75 in the Results rankings passing Kentucky Wildcats Folding Team with a further improvement to #74 expected in tonights update when Finland should be passed.

Another 5 Results ranking places are within our sights by Christmas:

Am still plodding away at somewhere around 1.5 days RT per day at the moment but not likely to be much more than that for the foreseeable future sad

Tucked away in the Help Conquer Cancer Crunching Chart thread is this important and informative post by knread reccommended reading for all. wink

Why is this hidden in a routine thread? WCG are better than many projects when it comes to communicating with members, but that doesn't mean that they are perfect. If the information imparted in the post had been publicised in advance a lot of the earlier whinging in this, and other threads, would have been avoided.
