Think this can best be summed up as "who knows!"

We are still assessing the impact of the acceleration on the end date of the HCC1 project. Our rough estimate with 'known' work based on this acceleration is about 100-130 days until end of project. BUT my use of the word 'known' simply means the number of batches we are aware to run. What we are aware of is not equal to what the researchers want to run so we are discussing this further with them at this time. .

Sekerob's chart showed 121 days left as of yesterday but with HCC now returning >1.2million results daily (& growing) it really is anyone's guess. wink

re HFCC completion
35% of Target 10 WUs have been issued (as of Nov 3) and Sekerob's current estimate is 60 days to completed but in a post dated Sep 21 Sekerob stated:

Target 11 rumors from the officials... wont add that to the Dashboard EOP estimate until confirmed

I've really not done much on HCC or HFCC for ages. They've been sat there at Ruby for a while as I try to bring other projects up to speed. Time to focus some more attention on them I think.

I joined UD (the WCG predecessor) originally to crunch for Cancer. Time to donate some more cycles in that direction.

The number of projects in our pipeline fluctuates as proposals are received, reviewed and evaluated. We keep this information quiet until a new project is launched for several reasons - there are multiple steps along the way where a project proposal may not proceed ahead, plus we like to give new projects as much publicity as possible and we wouldn't be able to do that if any project information was available before a launch. While I can't give details of what's in our pipeline, rest assured that there will be new projects!

They're all in US mm/dd/yy format, as per the WCG "365 records" page...
