Very nice run-time showa :). I have only 204 days, but this level of badge was my target.

Starting to abort WU's. I only planned to crunch 10 years worth, and I have more WU's than needed. This should help some of you still in search of a badge.

curious is anyone tracking how many results completed vs whats left to determin if we are speeding up or staying on target with the 30 days from mar 28 (April 26) and running out then or has there been a surge or decline large enough that the date is slipping eithor way???

Especially that know, a lot of people are trying to get badges before being too late.
I guess the 30days will last shorter. Any indicators? |

Below is a link to the chart of how HFCC is doing. As you can see, the last few days the number of WU crunched has increased a lot since the 30 day noticed was announced. It has been said MANY MANY times, but I guess most people just don't understand/believe that just because we are in badge hunting mode, it doesn't mean that a lot more HFCC WU is being crunched then normal. The reason for the increase is due to HCC shutting down (temporarily) and the recent slow down of HMCD2.
----------------------------------------WCG sets the ratio between projects, as in for every 2 HCC crunched, 1 HFCC is crunched (I made up those numbers for an example). Hopefully, HCC will be restarted soon and HCMD2 will be back to normal https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,24775 |

I would say that in the last few days it has increased a bit, but we are only reaching the same hights as in Feb. The reason is that I and many others have reached their HFCC target and finished any tasks in cache. There will be a constant drop-out right up until the end. When you consider the drop in other projects availability you might have thought that HFCC would have been doing much more.
----------------------------------------No HCC, HCMD2, CEP2, DDDT2! That's four projects without tasks and I am finished crunching for another - only leaves me 3. I would have thought a major announcement would have been in order, rather than saying HCC will stop for a while in one thread, HCMD2 has no tasks in another (missed that one) and so on. Found out, as usual, that there are no DDDT2 tasks by going dry having only DDDT2 and CEP2 selected. I guess my HCMD2 only systems have been dry for some time! - yep, all dry. Added FA@H to that group. [Edit 2 times, last edit by skgiven at Apr 8, 2011 9:03:43 AM] |

Although this thread has gone wildly off topic , I've just successfully pulled down some HCMD2 - so there are some there, albeit, not in the numbers that there were (i.e, those who have a mix, probably won't be getting any).
----------------------------------------Now, if we can get this thread back ON topic, those who ARE still working on their HFCC badge, could you post details of the last WU's you pulled - as that'll give people an idea as to where we are/what's left... |
