First two completed last night and ran smooth as butter. Three more crunching now with no issues so far. :D

Here's a clue, the Mac Mini in question is running OSX 10.5.8.

Its sister machine is okay on 10.6.6.

looks as thou all mine running 100% with hyperthreading on are averageing 4.21. While my 2.8 laptop is doing 3.28
Both are windows 7 64 bit
