Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I have submitted work units of dg05 type C units. If the initial testing phase is over, it should be out soon. I am still figuring out how to correct the errors from dg03 and dg04 test units. I am also working on test calculations with qchem software. Once the checking is done, I should be able to run a lot of simulations for re-scoring using QM/MM method.

Thanks Usha for posting an update - all feedback from the scientists (be it good or bad), is appreciated as it just lets us know that you're still there and busily working in the background.

On a personal note, I've currently held at the 1 year mark, although if (perhaps later on in the year), there's going to be a fairly steady stream of WU's, then I may consider a push for my 2 year badge.

Excellent news. I am only at gold badge. It is a nice color but Sapphire would suit me better. wink

Well, I have been signed up from the beginning. I was stuck at 4 days for over a year. I got two work units in 2011. So I still have no badges at all. This is on a machine with two 3.06 hyperthreaded Xeon processors, and 8 GBytes of RAM that is idle most of the time except for BOINC.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

This you wrote on November 18 in this same thread:

"I am still almost 13 days away from my Bronze.",

Given that bronze is at 14 days complete, you somehow managed to add nearly 3 days in the interim 1.5 months. That's more than 2 WU's on a Xeon ;>)

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Well, I'm stuck at 5 WUs (23hrs 23mins 13secs... please don't laugh tongue )... so ANY DDDT2 WUs that can be sent down the pike will be appreciated.
