The reappearance of David Bowman... something wonderful has happened, number 3 of 8 got validated, the last one my client completed.
----------------------------------------erlc_ b038_ ps0000_ 0-- 612 Valid So looking forward to that client that starts autonomously aborting over-cached [unstarted] work right on the deadline, sans rancune, sans sentiment, even if off-line ... what's the point of sending out the rescue copy and drop grid efficiency, suddenly having three 45+ hour jobs instead of 2 needed for a quorum :? edit: It's 24 hours before expiration date... it's getting tight at 4 of 8 in PV jail... preparing for re-issued. Trying to grab them... who knows will my machine get the same ones as repair wingman...though that should be impossible by the rules of independent quorum crunching. erlc_ b024_ ps0000_ 0-- 1112084 Pending Validation 17-2-10 17:31:58 erlc_ b012_ ps0000_ 1-- 1112084 Pending Validation 17-2-10 17:12:17 erlc_ b011_ ps0000_ 0-- 1112084 Pending Validation 17-2-10 17:12:00 erlc_ b025_ ps0000_ 1-- 1112084 Pending Validation 17-2-10 17:31:58

Exactly one third of all my DDDT2 WUs has been sitting on PV since ages (computer name deleted):

If you all have a quote of about 1/3 without validation tomorrow, I am looking forward to the upcoming 're-issue party' |

Amazing, not 30 minutes after the Ferris post number 5 validated, a severe under-claimer, but another 44 hours closer to the bronze.
----------------------------------------roundup, surely you've got enough work in the buffer to bridge the re-issue party where no guest might ever arrive... don't want your crunchers standing there with feet frozen to the dancefloor ;O)

Sekerob, just to make it clear for myself (and anyone else who may be wondering), to be in the "reissue party", I'm assuming that your machine(s) need to be in the reliable class - i.e., to have returned the last 15 WU's within a 4 day time period, all of which have to be valid. If that's the case, then, hopefully, by the time of the reissue, I'll be there, standing in the queue, waiting patiently...

Thought of this before with the anomalous 14 day deadline. The servers use the 40% rule, so the deadlines are 5.6 days for the repair/make up/no reply jobs. Dare not say if in the context reliable is the 4 day rule or different for the DDDT2-A type, but let's assume it's 4 days.
----------------------------------------Just posted a Quota topic in the SH forum, the return rate I think has to be 15 error-less results, but it could also be 15 valid, which can take some time depending on the project. I'll seek confirmation on that term. Now the wry smile is for those that have been crunching these jobs all through today... they'd not qualify... they already had their private party ;>)

roundup, surely you've got enough work in the buffer to bridge the re-issue party where no guest might ever arrive... don't want your crunchers standing there with feet frozen to the dancefloor ;O) Oh no, none of my crunchers is freezing, all of my DDDT2 units are reported since days and my buffers are in the "remain reliable fast returner"-mode Let's see how many guests will arrive to the re-issue party. The DJ has just started his turntables and is grabbing in his vinyl selection, looking for the DDDT2 long playing record, side A. |

Just noticed that I got another one validated. My wingman had it from 17/02/10 to 02/03/10 , just now.
