GIBA,

The client will back off if it tries to connect to many time to quickly with no new work being captured. You could if you really wanted to set a cron job to tell your boinc agent to do a boinccmd --project www.worldcommunitygrid.org update. I would not recommend setting this too quickly as it'll make the servers upset, each connection requires database queries and overhead. But there is also the chance that the server will tell you that you have tried to contact too quickly, and bump your time up a bit. The command above is similar to pressing the update button on your gui.

Interesting. I will check it in depth deep . I will avoid to set so low intervals, and try setting up to be more close than my results returns times in order to be more complaint with the server rule. Thank you. coffee

Edit. Typo

[ot]GIBA, you use the "deep" now and then and me sitting there wondering what's down below, but properly it's "... in Depth"

I've just picked up the following:

erlc_c132_ps0000_2
erlc_b076_ps0000_2

They look to be retreads with a deadline of 09 March.

I just had another wingman show up. Unfortunately, that one only got me to 44.74 days. Doh!

This one wasn't even started until after 6.10.35 was released. Does anyone remember when 6.10.35 was released?

edit: Maybe the log only shows the client running upon completion. (?)

It's whatever client-version you're running when you report it.
