Dear Sek
----------------------------------------How is 290,000 sq kms more snow coverage than normal in the Northern Hemisphere for March 2010 considered to be the snow disappearing A grand total of 40.6 Million Sq Kms (Total Global Land Surface 150 Million Sq Kms) If there is an increase of 1.3 Million Sq Kms compared with March 2009 Is that more snow or less? Is that an increase in Albedo or a reduction? Is the climate controlled by Man through our emissions of CO2 or do you agree with me that there are other factors having a far greater effect rendering our actual impact insignificant? Dave ![]() |

Arctic Seabed Methane Stores Destabilizing
- Well this worries me, I have a nose for these things The Methane Stores in Russian bogs is also worrying, as is the Methane being released by burgers waiting to happen. But what about all those bean eaters - now that stuff really is man-made - don't eat beans with your burger, or even a bean burger, or soy, milk, butter, cheese... Just pray for snow, that will sort out the man-made problems If we all stopped rubbing our hands together when it was cold, perhaps that would sort everythtng. ![]() |

Or maybe you should look at this
----------------------------------------http://arctic.atmos.uiuc.edu/cryosphere/IMAGES/seaice.recent.arctic.png and think....if the World is in the grip of catastrophic Man Made Global Warming on account of our CO2 Emissions how come the North Polar Ice Cap is now just 49,000km2 below normal? 99.644% of the average figure 1979-2008 And then ask yourself why the Children of the Globe are being told that their future is one of Climate Calamity Why? ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by David Autumns at Apr 12, 2010 3:53:01 PM] |
