Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

PS: As for that address per Merriam Webster:

bolshevik

Main Entry: Bol·she·vik
Pronunciation: \ˈbōl-shə-ˌvik, ˈbȯl-, ˈbäl-, -ˌvēk\
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural Bolsheviks also Bol·she·vi·ki \ˌbōl-shə-ˈvi-kē, ˌbȯl-, ˌbäl-, -ˈvē-kē\
Etymology: Russian bol'shevik, from bol'shiÄ greater
Date: 1917

1 : a member of the extremist wing of the Russian Social Democratic party that seized power in Russia by the Revolution of November 1917
2 : communist 3

— Bolshevik adjective

Now how was that address intended?

Its a better way to say BS

I did not think i said anything offensive
A little introspection on your part is required here, because you can't really believe that, can you? It's not a good thing going on at MOT. It's not at all complimentary to have more posts editted for forum rule violations than any other member over the last 2 years.

Whatever it is that you are trying to achieve here in the fora, it appears to me that you are taking a hard road charged with conflict and strife. Your path, your choice.

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

Will you please stop this quotings and requotings esoteric17 ...

I am receiving quite a nr of mails complaining about this and some others matters

David mentioned being insulted and misrepresented, marysduby comes defending Dave and posting a post which has been edited by Erika but we all know what it said

Okey he is on this right but to say I will come to Daves defense as he is attacked often , by who ..
There are rules here to follow which are the Forum Policy for Members

I am not defending or blaming anybody here by posting just making things clear , that enough is enough , if the thread originator feels so, well leave him and just stop this continues bothering

Thanks a lot for your good and kind understanding !

JP,

All due respect, but I believe your post should have been directed at ALL members of this thread to play nice and obey forum rules, instead of just me (regardless of how many personal e-mails you got about me).

Need I remind you how many times marysduby has been immediately censored by the admins, for posting incredibly inflammatory and volatile content. A couple that come to mind are articles comparing the American left with Nazi Germany, and telling environmentalists to kill themselves as a sacrifice to the earth.

I can only surmise that your e-mail friends omitted marysduby because: A. he is a friend of Dave, B. they agree with him, or C. his comments were deleted too quickly for anyone to see.

Please apply your comments to all members.

Thanks.

Okey also with due respect esoteric , you keep quoting and requoting why not just an answer...

I need just one line to answer you , and the answer is yes for all
No need to remind me or anybody about the edits I think , I don´t control that part the edits are done by Tedi and Erika

Do you remember abt the thread called Insults /Inappropriate Language and Behavior , , will probably need to be bumped again . I wonder ..

Thanks and no more concerning this subject

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

If posters wanna quote to make it unambiguous that what they're responding to, particularly when other posts are in between, then it is the preferred way, pretty much anywhere I participate in discussion or read blogs. Then there is that little history of posts being substantially changed after a reply and the response looking completely daft or a troll, yes a troll.

Let's not expand on this plz. I saw one recently that had 7 edits after 1 answer in a support forum displaying an utter disconnect here at WCG. Let's try harder to keep this Chat Room the Chat Room... forum rules bound... without dictates and foot stamping.

thanks.

Global Warming Theory: False in Parts, False in Totality http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/25387 As Jean-Francois Revel said: “How is it possible for a theory, which is false in its component parts, to be true as a whole.” In the case of ‘official’ climate science he could add that many parts of the whole are simply omitted. He explained the mentality that has pervaded the AGW supporters when he wrote, “A human group transforms itself into a crowd when it suddenly responds to a suggestion rather than to reasoning, to an image rather than to an idea, to an affirmation rather than to proof, to the repetition of a phrase rather than to arguments, to prestige rather than to competence” His book titled, The Flight from Truth: The Reign of deceit in the Age of Information”

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

Heres' a real handy link

http://wattsupwiththat.com/sea-ice-page/

All the graphs on one page

Currently a Positive Global Sea Ice Anomaly

i.e. more ice than usual as recorded over the last 30 years or so by various Satellite

The North Pole is cooler than usual for this time of year compared with an average going back to 1958

cool <-- The North Pole looking cooler than usual

So just to recap in case you missed it wink

That's colder than usual and more sea ice than usual

Man Made Global Warming? thinking

You have to smile

right I am off on my travels, be good while I'm away. I might find a trickle of bytes from t'internet perhaps Tuesday if I'm very very lucky

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

For the Lullaby department:

It's Alright, Jack:

The ice circulation changed in early July and is no longer shedding as quickly out of Fram Strait; but it's being pushed into the Beaufort Sea which is relatively far south. The ice seems to be drifting way too fast. At any rate, I expect to see wildly changing values for ice extent, which probably says more about Arctic ice conditions than total extent.
Did I write something about the effect of sweet water (from sea and land ice melt)? Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes Yes, it's real. Younger Dryas and other events doing the lullaby for the Ain't True department are coming to you... just keep sitting on your hands. Delivered to you in that 15 second flash via the sports channel.
...As a conclusion, over the last couple of years, there has now been growing evidence that an event similar to the YD is not “unique” but instead is a common theme across various deglacial events; this provides evidence against the necessity for a “catastrophic trigger,” and while it may be the case that a comet or some other catastrophe occurs at each termination, that seems improbable.

IAW, no need for a monster volcanic eruption, no stone to be hurled from space by a big hand to have that trigger pulled.

Boy it's hot here... any more cloth taken off and the crows are scared off too.
