Re: HFCC Beta

Seven work units, all errors, on two computers. QX6700, XP Pro 32 bit and Q6700 Vista Ultimate 64 bit. All ran 14 seconds before error.

Messages pretty much all say the same thing (except for Failed to get VersionInfo size: - 2 on Vista and 1812 on XP).

The Vista machine:

<core_client_version>6.2.28</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
- exit code -1 (0xffffffff)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
Failed to get VersionInfo size: 2
INFO:[17:29:16] Start AutoGrid...

autogrid: autogrid4: Successful Completion.
INFO:[17:29:32] End AutoGrid...
Beginning AutoDock...

autodock4: wrong number of values read in. Check grid map!

The XP machine:

<core_client_version>6.2.28</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
- exit code -1 (0xffffffff)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
Failed to get VersionInfo size: 1812
INFO:[17:29:15] Start AutoGrid...

autogrid: autogrid4: Successful Completion.
INFO:[17:29:31] End AutoGrid...
Beginning AutoDock...

autodock4: wrong number of values read in. Check grid map!

I hope that this info helps.

Re: HFCC Beta

Though for the sake of completeness I should probably say that the other betas I have running at present seem (touch wood) to be proceeding normally.

Though I could do with getting a few more allocated to the linux platform so I can grab some more. biggrin

Re: HFCC Beta

I have one linux maching and it picked up a few

About 1/2 of the units I pick up seem to have this same error about 24 seconds after starting. The others have been moving right along. I have also pick up a make up unit already and it error out on mine (as as the orginal did).

Re: HFCC Beta

We have suspended again. As noted above, some are proceeding correctly, some are not. We are investigating.

Re: HFCC Beta

Some of you have posted that they have had success on running work units. Could you please post a few that seem to be running fine so I can look at what the differences may be?

Thanks,
Uplinger

These are running from the same maching that I reported the error above. They have all process at least 1 full minute.

Re: HFCC Beta

Thank you for all the work unit names that appear to be running fine. I will look into them in comparison to the other work units that errored out.

Reason for me asking this information. Work units that have been sent out but have not errored all show up as In progress in the database. I can't tell which ones haven't been started and which ones have been started and appear to be running well. So the possible good work units help me from having to wait until the work units complete and are sent back. Thank you again.
