Re: Works done but not exported by BOINC Client

Odd, for the fact that there is "ready to report" means that the result files were uploaded i.e. the net is working fine. How's the "Connect every X days" time set in your preferences?

Every 0.2 days

Salut fparlant!
Something else that we cannot see in your log: what is the size of your job queue and which projects are you crunching?.

I crunch only WCG... The job queue is twice the size of jobs currently processed.... 8 jobs processes, 16 jobs queued.... Usually this is less than half a day to compute....

I was thinking of which WCG projects, but that does not matter any longer, with such a reasonable job queue size estimated durations would need to jump to the sky for blocking new work requests for so long.

One last thing before digging into Boinc's internal parameters, have you checked if your network activity settings are OK. I know you have re-installed, but Boinc is rather clever at saving your previous settings when you re-install.

So check from the Advanced view that your network activity setting is set to "toujours disponible" or "selon les préférences", and if the latter that network connection schedules in your local settings are OK.

Cheers. Jean.

OK Francis, we'll see if it goes better with your new installation.

Bye. Jean.

Okay, it looks like everything runs fine, since I switched back to 6.2.28. Thanks to all.
