How do you pass the captaincy on? |

I do believe, that the current Captain has to first 'resign' from the team (he/she can rejoin again), which then relinquishes the position - ready for anyone else to 'step up' to the plate.
----------------------------------------I'm sure that there's a FAQ about this, so it may be worthwhile having a look there - just to confirm that the above is correct. Edit: Indeed, there is a FAQ (it's surprising as to how much really useful information is held in there - it might be worthwhile a browse at some time). There are, ate least two ways.
----------------------------------------If you are the captain, just quit the team by a moment, a day, or a batch, and return to team after it. During this time, anynone from the team that have interest to be captain, could occupy the Captain position just became the captain after captain vacancy clicking in the button that appear beside The Capitain name positoon on My Team page. Another way, is based in circunstances about the Capitain absence or lack of communication with the team members, and in this way the WCG team could help you (I guess that there is a FAQ post with details about it).
