We haven't forced a delete of all of those records. One of the results for the workunit you show was returned on July 8th and hasn't yet been purged from the database. It should be removed in the next day or two.

We we have done is canceled the workunits so that no more copies are sent out.

I crunched a WU, which is not validated for days. Have a look at this:

Nothing is wrong. There's though a 'bug' in the system that sometimes causes a flag setting to be missed... with over 400,000 results a day this happens occasionally. For this there are other redundancies build into the system, so it will try at other critical times such as the original deadline, which in your case looks to be July 13, 10 days after the original WU sent date/time. Anyway, see FAQ for more words on the issue.
