For some reason the new WUs on my computers have gross overestimates on the new B units. It's estimating 55 hours per unit on a computer that has completed the last few in around 9 hours and 17 hours on another computer that's around 10 hours. Apparently there is not rhyme or reason. Is there anything I can do or just let it run and work itself out? (The only reason I ask is because it's messing with my buffer)

(The only reason I ask is because it's messing with my buffer) Just let it work out, the estimate will be updated when crunching the WU. The BOINC-client is a self learning thing. And there is no need to be afraid that it's going to mess up your buffer. ![]() |

The first notification I got of there being no more CEP WU's left in the cupboard, was just after 19:30 UTC...

More work units of type B are coming in the pipe from the researchers. They are getting claimed by the members quicker than new ones are being produced. We also have a few batches of type A work units that we are awaiting approval to release into the wild. So members will see work intermittently.
