Common cold comes in a lot of grades of severeness
- many people mistake a cold for the real flue
devilish

until they get the real thing.

You may have the cold from Hell/Mallorca which crept far up the scale
- be good to yourself, you feel awful, pour some rhum in your tea tongue

Yes, Christmas cards have started to arrive and, although I don't very much like the extended period of the festival, I realize I must get down to doing mine and then looking for a tree.
