Evening all
A tad cold today but dry. Must have an early dinner this evening to then go round to the local {actually named the Village} pub to have celebratoryry drink with with our local and general plumber and works guy who reaches the young age of 60. |

I have been off line not by choice of myself. The weather is OK for the time of year - even dry. Yes, Scribe, I meant the HMS Ocean video  As to "The Way to Armadillo" for a moment I thought you meant Armadillo - a documentary from Camp Armadillo so called, because: "The armadillo was the mascot of a Danish company commander, Major Anders Stæhr Storrud, who was killed a few weeks before the base was first established" Your "The Way to Armadillo" is nicer  |

Yes! Let's do a cruise, don den.
Just watched part of Guitar Man's pictures from his .... oh .. sighhh .... Well, once we have removed that rust, that ship will look grand, and couldn't we get some of the guys from the Gun Run to set sail and all that? They have the muscle and are brainy enough to take advantage of lever principle ... As to the EU - I doubt the Danish politicians have a mind of their own - or if they had a such they would lack the courage and the drive to stand by it. They need to be on the Titanic, they must sit with the others around the table, they cannot stand to see the train leave without them. One good thing is that we like you Brits are outside the EuroZone, but not more so than we have pegged our Danish Crown DKK to that fantasy denomination I wish it would flow freely like your British £  |

What short memories the French have, Cuddling up with the Germans, and Cold Shouldering the Brits, a bit different seventy years ago wasn't it? What? Well my French friends, the Brits have good memories-so may heaven help you next time 'cos we wont! Soon be Christmas.... |

Evening all
How hard we find it to admit that we are really a small European nation. The world maps we saw as children with those large red patches has long gone and now we rely on giving preferential treatment to international money fiddlers to have some importance in the world. |
