Storm and high water warnings out mainly for the western part and it is very windy even here in the leeward side. I hear that Scotland and the white and red roses are being punished ...  |

Morning all, yes the white roses are suffering as are the red, very very wet, rivers are well up at the moment, and there is more to come or so we are told.

Morning! Bit gloomy this morning (that's the weather, you understand although I don't feel exactly on top of the world!) That is purely because I have to go to the shops and tackle all those other shoppers who will appear to know exactly where they are going, and what they want, while I am struck down by lack of brain cells, and indecision!! OK., that is enough wingeing for this morning - it would be more sensible if I just got on with it before the place is seething with the other shoppers!
