I've been really busy at work in the run-up to the christmas holidays. Today it seems to be slowing down a little bit thankfully.
 Just started to snow..... I'm just hoping Gatwick doesn't get closed due to snow.  |

Evening all
Flu bug has floored everyone around this neck of the woods, hacking cough, fever and pains in the joints, no mention on the news about an epidemic so must be local? I've been treating the family to hot lemon drink paracetemol and a good old fashioned cough syrup, wrapped up warm and kept off work/school. Hope you all keep well Old Sage |

Morning - bitterly cold and all cars and pavements covered with very thick ice!

Morning - bitterly cold and all cars and pavements covered with very thick ice! All cars, pavements, roads and houses now covered with snow, and no signs at all of the snow ceasing to fall! I've got to go out this evening for singing rehearsal!  |

Evening all
A white outlook here at the moment, but managed to complete a major pre-Christmas shop before it came down. Had a good lunch with the old pensioners yesterday, but tripped over on the way back - don't even think why because you'd be absolutely right. So, I have a black eye to add to my charms! Fish pie for dinns this evening - super. |
