Morning all
----------------------------------------Just hovering above Freezzzin...... Got the Car back yesterday £900.00 lighter in wallet Dash it Gave back the The "Cutesy/Courtesy " car thank heavens. A two door Corsa the economy was not as good as my diesel Vectra & Rode like it had no springs Only 1400 miles on clock. |

....and you can get much more in a Vectra than a corsa!

... and it did change, very damp outside now. and Den you remind me why I am so happy to have given up the luxury of a car and pay about two quid a mile for a taxi when needs must. |

Just got back from my walk - quite bracing you could say. However, as I sit here and look out of the window, it is now snowing quite heavily.

Morning all
---------------------------------------- Quite a hard frost this morning but the sun keeps showing its face Car ownership ......... We do have a 28 seater local bus service passing the door once an hour , that's free with the bus pass. It cost prepass, about six quid for the two of us for a trip to town & return . A taxi would cost something like double that due to the horrendous traffic jams we get in Lancaster. The Kids& relations living all over, Market Rasen/Stoke on Trent/and Preston. Public transport takes all day to get any where......  And I can get a full sized door in the back of the Vectra... On the news today heard tell of a pensioner who was refused a ride on the bus 'cause he was carrying a banned substance A Tin Of Paint So no Contest |
