.. off to a flea market to buy vinyl records  I remember them! Unfortunately, I haven't got anything to play them on anymore.  Hot and muggy here. I will get paid overtime But not sure at what rate yet  Still better start preparing for an early night.  Alter. |

Evening all
It's been another summery day down here in the smoke but nothing very much is happening apart from a few local tenants moving on. This only impacts on me because next door's owner is presently in Chicago working at the University there and has let the place in the mean time. Current tenants, ITN Brit with Japanese partner have been perfect neighbours but move on at the end of the month so it's an unknown future relationship. Just so long as it's not heavy metal freaks, I suppose we'll rub along. |

To all wondering about JP
I received a message from one of jean Pierre’s cousin. She said he wasn’t feeling good (high pressure), so he was taken to the hospital today; we hope to have him with us soon again. He thinks it is so much worry and stress and also due to his sister’s problem back in Miami He sends all his best regards to you all |
