The search for extraterrestrial life brings us right back to where we started, planet Earth, at least for a moment NASA researchers have discovered evidence
that some building blocks of DNA, the molecule that holds the genetic instructions for life, were likely created in space and then brought to Earth by meteorites, leaving behind a “kit of ready-made parts” that contributed to the origin of life. All of this gets spelled out by Dr. Michael Callahan this video released last week by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. |

Yes, JP, Nicolas Cage was let behind, but his children were carried away by aliens before the sun exploded... science-fiction ;>)
So happens that yesterdays post was about the SOHO system capturing Venus in conjunction with the sun, yesterday night a news release discussed the STEREO system capturing Earth while being blasted by a Coronal Mass Ejection and storm from the sun. Spacecraft Sees Solar Storm Engulf Earth. The movie is full screen and has a Solar Wind Density meter left bottom, going several times into the full-red zone (2 big sunspots only facing the earth atm, and a small one).
