2nd practice is now over, rain, rain and more rain with a short dry period at the end. Again Vettel was NOT the fastest, Schumacher was!!!! 3rd practice tonight, for me, with qualifying tomorrow. No car is as bad as the preseason hype, but some cars have made a jump UP from last years performance!! Of course all cards won't be on the table until qualifying, so much yet to learn about this years Championship run!

Happy about that Cinderella's singular cast off wins it I can't work out how Seb passed Lewis under that safety car ????? Great race Onwards.... Because it isn't Nascar, Seb came in right away and while Lewis was stuck behind the safety car as they slowly made their way around the track Seb came out on track prior to them coming around, hence he was ahead of Lewis. I think it is something they should change, but they like it the way it is. It is kind of like it being okay to work on your car ON TRACK while under a Red Flag, very strange!! It seems to be another year of disappointments for me as a Ferrari fan. Alonso performed almost a miracle to put his car on P5. And Massa, well, I don't want to talk about it.

The stepped duck billed platypus noses with their various ducts and aerodynamic wizardry are seriously ugly How true. They remind me of a model kit that kids glue together but, in this case, 25% of the parts were left out of the box. They sure are quick though. Well, the first race is over and everyone has race data to analyze. There will be a lot of changes made before the next race. Malaysia should offer up a better race surface. |
