Ready for Interlagos in about 2 hrs my time
Sebastian Vettel finally broke Nigel Mansell’s pole record in Brazil — but Jenson Button is still confident that he can end the campaign on a high. The German bagged his 15th top spot of the season with some ease in his Red Bull on the Interlagos track. That beat the tally of 14 set by British Formula One legend Mansell when he won the title in 1992. Button finished third fastest, just ahead of McLaren team-mate Lewis Hamilton but behind Vettel’s team-mate, Mark Webber. However, Button is confident of triumphing on a track where he celebrated his own World Championship success two years ago. |

NO I do NOT want Vettel to hold up Button or anyone else but I do want him to drive the race cleanly. Vettel has nothing to gain anymore this season and everything to lose if he wrecks and is out of racing for a length of time like Kubica!! Personally I hope Alonso comes thru and takes the win, FORZA FERRARI!!! But that is not a likely outcome right now. Only 1 hour to go now!!! |

Fernando Alonso hopes rain during Sunday's race in Brazil will give Ferrari a better chance of a podium finish this weekend...
