This little is a poor lost little smiley that needs a real
Home.
It has been Snagged, Swiped, Adopted, Bummed, Copyed,
Nicked, Borrowed, and finally repetitively Filched
around Our Team!
I say we adopted it and are training it for the Team.
I think we should name it Christian. (Open to Vote. LOL) I'll build it a server
(with the same name) to Host it and Crunch its Work Units!
Poor thing! tongue

(Any Votes? LOL)

Re: The Christians are GROWING and GIVING! Come share the excitement!

Hi Robby

I can't remember the outcome of Microsoft's decision on Multi Core Processors. I think Bill wanted more $'s in licensing because he hasn't got enough of them yet but I'm not completely sure.

For Windows you are going to need at least Windows 2003 Server to make use of all those cores. It might just be easier and a whole load cheaper to install Ubuntu and serve up Christian from Apache

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/04/16/ubuntu_feisty_release/

He should render pretty quickly with that kind of power behind him wink

I found an OEM version of MS Svr for $$$$$$!
(The after market Manuals are usually better.)
But I,m still not sure if it will run an 8 pack.
(Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition supports up to four processors on one server)
I may still have a 10 client copy of NT.40...... (Pain too run)
Looks Like Christian may be "feisty"! (I've used Win-Apache)
Biiiiiyyyyyyeeeee Runs for the Car!
