Good morning everyone
 Weather same as yesterday, car still in hospital, food store slowly going down, just have to find my wellies! School was great yesterday, and in a class of 7=8year olds,(talk about 2nd childhood) ain't I doing well? Most of the read better than I do! When I was introduced recently, the head teacher said "This is Mr W..", she was interrupted when a voice shouted out "Hi Ya Ted". ( a young lad from my village) "That's it then"-The head continued,="no matter what I say now you will always be Ted to them". Ain't life bl**dy marvellous? |

I'll always be "Harold" to the other "kids" and they will be John, Barry, Dorothy etc. Teacher is Julie for the next four weeks, after which Jean takes over. |

----------------------------------------Just checking in . . . Checking my badges, new thing, looks neat.  Been busy with docs this week. Was climbing a ladder to a shipping dock, slipped and fell, heard right knee pop. Guess I tore a ligament. Got a new drug . . . one that doesn't make me sick.  Work comp docs are all quacks, sheesh they give more pain than the leg does.  Will be on comp for a while I reckon.  Looking for that learning course: Crutches 101, Not very good with walking sticks. LOL Ever seen a friggin giraffe on crutches??? Best pic I could give of what I look like now.   |

Evening all
Like Den, my last badges were scout ones. I read recently that they are now updating them to keep up with the Girl Guides. Would you believe it. I could still sew them on because my Hussife 2575531 is still going strong. Do you think anyone can still do the knots. That's something that never leaves you. |
