Re: The Edwardians have arrived!

After that it was ferries to France and a few sessions as crew on a mate's boat he had moored at Poole.

Re: The Edwardians have arrived!

The only sailing I have done is the trip from Poole to Cherbourg on the ferry. All the peeps lining on Sandbanks will soon end up permanently underwater with the slightest rise in the sea level.

Had a lovely curry at lunch on Friday with the rest of the team at work. I think I had just about made enough space for it after Christmas, biggrin

Re: The Edwardians have arrived!

Had a wonderful cruise last May from Vancouver to Alaska - up through the 'Inside Passage' to Glacier Bay where we saw the glaciers calving, then back down on the 'outside'! cool Lots of stops on the way in quaint Alaskan towns, and in between ate ourselves silly on the extremely luxurious cruise ship blushing My first, and probably my last, experience of a cruise, which I had always said I would never do, but I only did it because it was Alaska - saw some amazing wild life cool

Time for some shut-eye, Nite nite all.
