I've only got one book (on loan that is) - that's all I can read; it's overdue back at the library.

Good morning World
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Kids ..aint they funny....my second eldest grandchild Taylor, sitting at the 'Christmas' table having opened all his crissy presents earlier, was given a small gift, as is traditional with my family, to open, this consisted of a small drinking mug that had a pirate motiff emblazend on it and a packet of marsh mellow inside, he announced to all "thankyou Grandad this is my best's present ever," he is the one who is handicapped in so many ways, meanwhile, the youngest grandchild, Thomas, who is 2yrs, having opened his presents decided the best thing to play with was a cardboard box that one of his presents had been packed in!, who said kids want playstations and expensive toys?. The finest gifts I had this year?.. seeing the pleasure on my grandchildrens faces and being able to talk to my youngest daughter who is in New Zealand. Crunch on everyone.......... Old Sage ![]() |

Evening all
Not much sign around here of anyone going back to work yet so I guess most offices have closed for the week. I used to like opting for the short actual Christmas holiday and then having a week in February in Normandy or Brittany to make the winter seem shorter. Now, time goes so quickly that I have time only to look at the brochures as they drop through the letter box. |

Its not stored up in some Ginormouse battery ******************* holidays at Christmas new year requests went into the hat then onward to a rota When the Kinder grew up and flew the nest we didnt go in the draw on the conditiopn that I got the option around late Feb early march to go see some sun ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by densnaps at Dec 27, 2007 10:30:52 PM] |
