Re: "Are you an online gamer!?!?" OPEN HOUSE!!! (Grid refugees UNITE!)

lasis: thats it: you can go and get a pair of 1GB modules, but if you want to OC, then just make sure you buy 500mhz ones.

Not a chance angry That`s serious problem when you live in small country (read: small market), especially in Eastern Europe, only if I get them from internet store or seriously overpay, locals use to say that prices for hardware here in our local currency LVL = US prices in USD, and 1LVL is almost 2USD (while our selery...), of course it is hyperbola, but just a bit, so... you got the idea.

So, since ppl say small latancies are more important on AMD platform, I think these beasties will fit in my PC: http://www.corsairmemory.com/corsair/products/specs/twinx2048-3200c2.pdf
Sure, price kinda bites, but I can afford them. smile

Agent crashes

There could have been more results, but this morning again I had message ".. agent constantly crashes for unknown reason...". Rebooted. Now everything works.
It`s my "workhorse", Intel based, no overclocking, no recent updates or software installations. Hmmm.... d oh
By now I`ll just reboot right before I leave... Oh, and I changed WCG screensaver to my favorite one - blank screen, somehow I forgot to do this before.

More work coming

I have some monster work units going on so once those upload my scores should jump. 3 going on for days and only just past 50%. And these are machines that score over 100.

Re: More work coming

Lasis: I think you should uninstal the UD agent. Your freezing could occur because of that. On my older PCs it wasnt rare that the UD agent froze. The boinc agent seems more stable here.
This is just a wild guess though.

I've noticed a few of those.
THis machine has one that is at 7% after 4 hours, and this machine has a 174% score. We'll see what they score when they finish.
