... A bientôt, |

Hi Jean,
----------------------------------------I've just noticed that some team members statistics have not been updated correctly. For example by Allibe, the numbers of points and results announced in the team statistics do not match with the values reported in her/his own member statistics. I don't know if similar failures occurred for other members !(?) ... Could you please take a look on this and address this (not urgent) issue to the technical support ? In advance, many thanks ! Cheers, |

I've just noticed that some team members statistics have not been updated correctly. For example by Allibe, the numbers of points and results announced in the team statistics do not match with the values reported in her/his own member statistics. Hi Yves! Statistics are correct. I have noticed it for Allibe since the beginning because some of the pages I use for watching the statistics of the team are Compare pages which show individual figures (i.e. all times figures), not team figures. For Allibe that just means that s/he had a life in WCG before joining team Decrypthon. If you look back at some of my older posts about Allibe's achievements you will find that I mentioned the difference between individual figures and team figures. And that's why, in the Results race, you have taken the lead of the team one day before becoming the best one of the team! Well done! Congratulations! Jean. |

Jean, The bunny approachith. The question is: Got Carrots! ![]() courine, in case you did not notice, I am not the captain of this team, only its most talkative member... Otherwise we would already have participated to the Telethon challenge in December, which would have been natural for our team. I have tried then, but communication is difficult sometimes. Too bad... It looks like we will offer you one rank better than it could have been if we were in. ![]() |

Hi Jean,
----------------------------------------thank you for the explanation, I did oversee this fact (or had forgotten it). Thank you also for your congratulation but the hosts are doing the job not my-self ! ![]() I am only coaching them !I do accept your congratulation only for the Good Operation Practice I had put in place for my systems ... Regarding Courine's email, I can understand that our team captain is busy enough with her research activities. Is it not possible that you become our "Executive captain" in order for you to be able to manage challenges ? Anyway, your are our faithful coach ! Amicales salutations, |

our team captain is busy enough with her research activities. She is not working in the Decrypthon lab but in our-sponsor France. According to her stats in WCG and their absence in BoincStats maybe she is searching for the way to re-install a WCG agent (Boinc if possible) in her new laptop... As our top contributor and with your being more neutral than me vis-à-vis WCG I would prefer to see you as our new captain if we happen to need to change it. You know that it would not stop me from posting here. |

Hi Jean,
----------------------------------------I am a little bit embarrassed by your proposition because in my humble opinion, the level of the contribution should not have any impact on the legitimacy of a member to be (or for becoming ) Team Captain. However, your proposal is very kind to me. I can understand your reserve regarding your new position as Community Advisor. Cheers, |
