We have now reached the point where we have about 23 days of work units remaining for target-10. Once these remaining work units are sent out, no new work units will be available for this project until Target-11 is ready. Target-11 is estimated to be ready in April.

Not suspecting non-sequential batch distribution, just had a 2845xxx, meaning the last 10000 compounds of T10 are moving to the feeder. That would mean that latest starting tomorrow night the supply will be solely coming from No Reply and Repairs [thin]. Hindcast, Jan17-Feb8 the 23 day estimate was very accurate [but then, if you control the daily numbers being fed ;>]
Crunch On P.S. Bulked up BTW as this is my current project to go for 3 years contribution mark, just having completed the C4CW 3 year target. Wont be making it now, for HFCC, but then T11 is still to come to make up for any deficit. |

Just gave 15 jobs back that would not possibly complete in time [buffered work most all ran 12-15 hours per task, but the <dont_use_dcf/> instruction prevented TTC to be adjusted in the client task view, they were sitting there with 9:25 hours as if they were going to complete in time. Probably have to give more back...depends if the remainder do same or do 7-8 hours as some in between are doing... just want that 3 years complete [but not likely to make it in this Target 10 round]

We are hoping for a new target later in April or May. However it depends on how soon the target's protein structure can be determined. This is being done by another research organization. Large proteins are difficult to crystallize and this time consuming step is required before they can use x-ray crystallography to determine the exact structure of the target.
